Directions

  • Follow the A30 going passed the Bodmin turn off for another 4 miles and come off at Innis Down (signposted Eden and St Austell).
  • At the Innis Down turn off there is a round about with a sign to Lanivet. Take this turn off.
  • Drive passed St Benet's Abbey and through the centre of the village going passed the church and the Lanivet Inn.
  • Keep on the main road (A389) which goes up hill and bears to the right.
  • Rosehill Cottage guest house is at the top of the hill on the left.
    It is approximately half a mile from the centre of the village.
